DChanger UK warmly invites you to our 5K Fundraising Walk & Cake Sale on Saturday, 5 September 2026, at Charlton Park, London.

Cancer affects not only those diagnosed, but also their families, friends and wider communities. At DChanger UK, we believe that no one should have to face the cancer journey without support. Our mission is simple: “a helping hand through your cancer journey.”

This fundraising walk brings our community together to show solidarity with people and families affected by cancer, raise awareness, and generate vital funds to help DChanger UK continue providing practical and ongoing support.

🚶🏽‍♀️ 5K Community Fundraising Walk Walk with us through Charlton Park as we come together in hope, remembrance, encouragement and support for every cancer journey.

🧁 Cake Sale Fundraiser After the walk, enjoy a selection of lovely treats while helping us raise even more funds for this important cause.

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Community, Family & Friends This is more than a walk, it is an opportunity to come together. Bring your family, friends, colleagues, church members, neighbours and community groups and make it a memorable day of togetherness.
