Unpaid Carers Event - South

To mark the vital and often unsung role of Bexley’s unpaid carers we are hosting a free event.

There will be information on support and advice available to unpaid carers in the borough from a variety of organisations. There will be discussions and practical tips on coping with stress, looking after your mental health, direct payments and other important aspects of health and nutrition.

There will be a gift bag for all carers on arrival, a free buffet lunch and refreshments and free activities such as massage, reiki, soundbaths, gentle exercises, and a singing group. Just as importantly, it is also a valuable opportunity to meet other carers in a relaxed, informal setting.

All unpaid carers are welcome but please ensure you book your place.
