Free 8-Week Wellbeing and Resilience Programme for Adults in Bexley
Would you like to improve your wellbeing, feel more confident, manage stress more effectively, and connect with others in a supportive environment?
Brighter Futures is a free wellbeing programme delivered by Good Mental Health 2025 CIC, designed to support adults living in Bexley to improve emotional wellbeing, build resilience, increase confidence, and reduce social isolation.
Developed in response to community feedback, this programme is particularly suitable for individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, low confidence, loneliness, social isolation, or difficulties managing everyday challenges. It can also provide a valuable starting point for people awaiting one-to-one or group-based support services.
What is Brighter Futures?
Brighter Futures is an 8-week wellbeing and resilience programme informed by evidence-based psychological approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles.
The programme is designed to help participants develop practical tools and strategies that can be used in everyday life to improve wellbeing and cope more effectively with challenges.
Participants will have opportunities to:
