The Bexley Art Group is happy to welcome artists who would like to practise, to develop and grow their skills in all media.
The Group meets at **7.15pm at Baldwyns Park Baptist Church Hall, Dartford Road, Bexley, Kent DA5 2AY **
We do not work with a tutor. We learn from each other to build confidence and grow our talents at a natural pace. Some of our members have been painting for many years, others for just a year or two. Regardless of experience we are all fired with boundless enthusiasm for our art and enjoy encouraging others.
Our Committee organises several painting outings each year, as well as arranging demonstration evenings by professional artists, occasional life models and workshops.
We hold an annual exhibition at Freemantle Hall Bexley Village each August where a collection of our work is displayed and offered for sale. Several of our members undertake commissions so if you are looking for a portrait, a landscape, a seascape or anything in between, we have a wealth of expertise within our group.
