Community Connect is an established service supporting local people to improve their health and wellbeing by connecting them with activities, support and services in the community. A volunteer will make a weekly call of 1-hour to help you connect with services in the borough on an informal basis.

Supporting Bexley’s residents to take control digitally, for better health and wellbeing. Digital Health Champions are friendly, trained volunteers who support residents to use the NHS App, other online health tools, and learn how to stay safe online. We help people feel confident.

Health and wellbeing coaching is a person-centred approach. The coach works alongside the resident to build confidence, overcome barriers and develop skills to help manage their health needs. The program starts with an initial assessment to help identify support needed and set health goals.
