Bell provide people with an easy way of summoning help if required, helping them to live independently. They offer security and help at a touch of a button 24 hours a day, everyday. BELL can be for anyone that wants to have the reassurance of having a point of contact 24 hours a day that will provide the appropriate response. There is a small weekly charge but financial assistance can be made available for those on low incomes.

Link Line is for anyone who needs it, eg those living alone, older people, those with physical or learning disabilities or issues with their mental health.
###Referral method
Anyone can refer with the agreement of the service user. An application form is available online or can be sent out for completion. There is a charge for the service although people on limited income may be eligible for support, following an assessment.
