We aim to improve the health and wellbeing of carers, increasing awareness of local services and sources of support and making it easier for people to access the support that they need at the time they need it most.
We can provide advice, information and practical support on a range of subjects, such as help filling out forms, making sure that you’re receiving things that you are eligible for or just provide a listening ear and somebody to talk to.
Some of the topics that we can support with are:
Health and Social Care
Housing - Welfare and Benefits
Leisure and social activities
Health and Wellbeing
