Memory Support Group

Memory support group for people with memory loss and their carers to come together. Held at Blackfen Community Linbrary, 7-8 Blackfen Road, Sidcup DA15 9LU every Tuesday from 11 am to 1 pm and at Wolsely House, Wolsley Close, Crayford DA1 4BE every Wednesday from 11am to 1pm (on the third wednesday of every month we will run a Sit to Keep Fit session during this group ).
