What is this service?

Older Carers (65+) Service funded by City Bridge Trust. We know that many older carers can feel isolated, lonely, stressed & physically fatigued in caring for a loved one with a wide range of health conditions and disabilities.

This can also affect relationships with family and friends. Contact us to see if we are able to support you. We can speak to you on the telephone or visit you at home.

We can provide help and support to you:

  • provide information and support to promote your continued health and well-being

  • provide practical and emotional support

  • link you to a volunteer befriender

  • help you to share experiences through our support groups and social activities

  • provide information on access to education and learning opportunities

  • link you into a range of digital activities to support you and the person you care for

  • support you with a carers assessment

  • signpost you to other appropriate services in your area.

Please call us on 01322 336086 or email office@ccsel.org
