Community Blood Pressure Testing & Education Event – Know Your Numbers!

When was the last time you had your blood pressure checked?

If it’s been over a year, or you’ve never had it done, this free community event is for you!

Join us at Bursted Wood Surgery for a friendly and informative evening focused on helping you stay healthy and informed.

📅 Choose a date: Thursday 6th November or Thursday 13th November

🕡 Time: 6:30pm

📍 Location: Bursted Wood Surgery, 219 Erith Road, Bexleyheath, DA7 6HZ

✅ Free NHS blood pressure check for adults

💡 Simple tips and information on maintaining healthy blood pressure

🔗 Signposting to the right support if your reading is raised

☕ Meet others in your community while enjoying tea, coffee, cakes & biscuits

Is this event for me? Yes if:

• You are age 25 or over

• You have not previously been diagnosed with high blood pressure 

• You have not had your blood pressure checked at your GP surgery or pharmacy in the past year 

Once you complete and submit the form, you’ll be automatically booked in.
