As a result of Covid-19, we had to move a lot of our activities online and many of you discovered you like to take part in things without having to leave home! So we will continue to provide social activities and groups which you can take part in using your laptop, smartphone or tablet.

Along with our in-person support groups, our Carers can also have a catch up with the Carers Crew online on Friday.

It's great to move and this gentle chair-based exercise group means you can still work out from the comfort of your home. Join us on-line every Wednesday at 11am.
