COGNITIVE BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY

This service is triaged through Bexley CAMHS. CBT is talking therapy with clear goals. The therapist and young person will collaboratively identify areas of difficulty on which to focus and help the young person to understand their thoughts, feelings and behaviours. This offers the opportunity to look at reacting in a positive way to challenges that they face now and in the future.

Join our fun Mindfulness Group for kids in Erith. We use crafts, games and creative play to build self-awareness and emotional coping tools. Only £5 per session or free with a Bexley GP referral. Parents and carers are welcome too.
