The CriSP Service (Carers Information and Support Programme) is for people with dementia and their carers, family and friends. It's free, easy to access, and puts you in touch with Alzheimer's Society's dementia advisers.
Through Dementia Connect our expert dementia advisers will listen, help with all your dementia-related questions, and connect you to the support you need, from local help to phone and online advice.
Our team works with a wide variety of people, including people worried about their memory, people with dementia, carers and family members. Calls are charged at standard local rate.
