What is this service?
Age UK Bexley is one of 8 local charities who have come together to carry out Care Needs Assessments for Bexley residents on behalf of Bexley Council.
If you need some extra support or if you look after someone who can't manage without you, the Age UK Trusted Assessor is able to talk with you about what is important in your life and how we can support you.
