We hold a safe space for women to attend online or in-person at our wellbeing space in Sidcup. The workshop is open to all in community at different venues throughout the year.

Sometimes we all need someone to talk to and often it can be helpful if this is not a close family member or friend. Carers are no exception – most spend their whole lives worrying about and caring for another person and sometimes their own needs can be forgotten.

With our 1-1 Befriending Service our friend is visit people at home on a regular basis for a friendly chat. This helps combat social isolation and loneliness. We offer befriending over the long and short term. You may live in your own home, sheltered accommodation or a care home.
