What is this service?
OneBexley is a partnership made up of eight local charities who have come together to carry out social care assessments on behalf of the London Borough of Bexley.
We know that everyone is different: we all have different interests, skills, and areas we need support with. As well as considering any support you might need, we will talk with you about what is important in your life and what is working well. We will work with you to identify how we can support your needs and build on your strengths in the most appropriate way.
