service
Time to Talk was created to give young people with SEND a platform to share their voices and express what truly matters to them is such an important initiative.
Come and sign up for sessions with one of our Volunteer Book Buddies. Pop in to the library on a Tuesday or Wednesday between 3.45pm and 4.45pm and chat to our Book Buddy Lead who will ask you to sign a permission form to allow your child to read with one of our volunteers.
The buddies will read a book together and then spend time talking about the pictures, story and characters to help the story to come alive.
There will be an opportunity to play some word games too. Why not bring your child's school reading book?
Stickers and certificates can be earned for reading every week.
