What is this service?

A space to think, share, and feel relief. 

If you are experiencing low mood, high worry, loss, loneliness, or just not feeling yourself, we can help. Our wellbeing team are here to listen and offer support over the phone and online. 

We focus on your mental wellbeing and empower you to take steps forward. After being referred, our support workers will call back to learn more about your situation and offer a safe space to share your thoughts.
