Receiving the news that you or a loved one has been diagnosed with Cancer can be devastating and daunting. With the Cancer Self Help Group, you have people on hand to help you. Some of our group have experienced Cancer themselves, others have been carers for loved ones with Cancer

What is this service?

We can offer support through group discussions, wellbeing activities, referrals to the Macmillan Buddy Scheme, Practice Advice, Coping techniques.
