Living Well is a project run by Re-Instate which supports adults with learning disabilities and autistic adults to be able to play a full role in their local community. Our program ‘Six ways to Living Well’ is based on the New Economics Foundation’s Six Ways to Well-being.

What is this service?

Living Well is based at our Community Hub in West Street, Erith. We host a range of 40 different groups and workshops each week, including our autism friendly Wednesdays.
