Taking Care Assistive Technology is designed to offer reassurance and support to anyone, but our customers tell us it is of particular value for those people who are more vulnerable due to their health or social circumstances.
Users of the service include people who live alone, older people and people with a learning disability or issues with thier mental health.
We have two options that allow you to choose the service that suits you best:
Gold - Alarm call monitoring with local mobile response service from St John Ambulance.
Silver - Alarm call monitoring only. We will contact your chosen family / friends to respect to you.
Our standard package includes the supply and personal installation of an alarm unit and pendant.
Also included is cover for any technical faults to the equipment, including visits from an engineer if required.
Lifetime warranty - waterproof pendant - Five year battery life - comfortable and discreet. Pricing - monthly monitoring from £26.87

The Carers’ Support (Bexley) breaks project is available to carers where the person cared for lives in either the London Borough of Bexley or the Royal Borough of Greenwich and does not receive any other support. In Greenwich the project is called Greenwich Volcare.
