What is this service?

Good Mental Health CIC is a community-based mental health and wellbeing organisation providing evidence-based support to individuals and communities across London and the UK. We specialise in improving mental wellbeing, reducing social isolation, and supporting people facing barriers related to mental health, neurodiversity, confidence, and social inclusion.

Our services include wellbeing coaching, psychoeducational workshops, group wellbeing programmes, community engagement activities, mental health awareness training, and neurodiversity-informed support for individuals with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and other neurodivergent conditions. We deliver strengths-based, person-centred interventions that help people build resilience, confidence, emotional wellbeing, and meaningful connections within their communities.

We work with young people, adults, community groups, employers, and partner organisations to provide accessible, inclusive, and culturally responsive support that promotes positive mental health and long-term wellbeing outcomes. Our approach combines professional expertise, community engagement, and evidence-based practice to empower individuals to thrive and reach their full potential.
