Living with domestic abuse or coercive control can be profoundly isolating, often leaving individuals feeling disconnected from friends, family, and their own sense of self. The Women’s Domestic Abuse Support Group, delivered by Counselling Matters Bexley, offers a confidential, compassionate, and non-judgemental space in Bexleyheath where women can come together, share their experiences, and feel less alone.
Facilitated by qualified therapeutic professionals, this monthly group provides a structured yet gentle environment focused on safety, healing, and personal empowerment:

Professional Guidance: Facilitators ensure the space remains contained, respectful, and emotionally secure throughout each session.
