We provide safe spaces, practical support, mentoring, workshops and signposting to help women regain confidence, explore opportunities and take steps towards independence.
Empower Her supports women to build confidence and prepare for future opportunities through:
CV building and interview confidence
Job readiness and employability support
Career mentoring and goal setting
Financial confidence and budgeting workshops
Support to explore volunteering, training, employment or business ideas
Signposting to local grants, funding and enterprise support where available
We believe no woman should have to rebuild alone. Empower Her offers:
A safe, welcoming and empowering community space
Peer support and encouragement
Mentoring and confidence-building support
Healthy relationships and boundaries awareness
Signposting to local domestic abuse, housing, legal, mental health and community services
Opportunities to connect with other women and reduce isolation
As part of this support, we also run Thrive Café — a welcoming women’s space where women can connect, have conversations, access signposting, build confidence and feel part of a supportive community.
Healing and confidence are part of the journey. Through Empower Her and Thrive Café, women can access:
Wellbeing and self-care sessions
Stress management and confidence-building activities
Mental health awareness workshops
Signposting to counselling and specialist emotional support where needed
Creative, reflective and uplifting activities that support personal growth
At Empower Her , we believe every woman deserves safety, dignity, confidence and the opportunity to rebuild her life.
Whether you are taking your first step, finding your voice again, or exploring a new future, we are here to walk alongside you.
