What is this activity?

Seniors In Touch, in partnership with Peabody, meet every Tuesday between 11am and 2pm at Lakeview Court in Thamesmead. We promote healthy living, reducing loneliness and social isolation in the over 50's. Activities include:

  • Sing Alongs

  • Health Checks

  • Coffee Time

  • Games

  • Gentle Exercises

  • Fun Dancing

Sessions cost £4 if you stay all day.
