Every week, we use a variety of engaging methods to teach mindfulness in a way that resonates with young minds:

Creative Activities: We use arts and crafts to help children express feelings that might be hard to put into words.

Games & Play: Interactive games are used to build social skills and focus.

Wellbeing Practices: Children learn simple, effective techniques to manage stress and anxiety in their daily lives.

Parental Involvement: We believe in a family-centered approach, so parents and carers are always welcome to join the group.
